1、 Starting of diesel generator set
1. Do a good job of the inspection before starting, including the body, connecting pieces, starting electric circuit, coolant, oil pump.
2. If the diesel engine is not used for more than 5 days, the crankshaft should be turned 3-5 times before starting.
3. After checking that all parts are normal, the diesel engine can be started. If it fails to start within 12 seconds, release the button immediately and start the second time after 2 minutes. If it can not be started for three consecutive times, stop starting and find out the cause.
4. After starting at low temperature, the increase of speed should be as slow as possible to ensure that the bearing is lubricated enough and the oil pressure is stable.
2、 Use of diesel generator set
5. After normal start-up, the diesel engine should be allowed to run at a speed of about 750r / min under no-load for 3-5 minutes, and observe whether all parts of the diesel engine operate normally.
6. When the speed of diesel engine is between 1000 and 1500r / min, the outlet water temperature is higher than 75 ℃, the oil temperature is higher than 50 ℃, and the oil pressure is higher than 0.25MPa, it is allowed to enter the full load operation.
7. The level of lubricating oil in the cooling system and each part should be checked frequently. If it is found that the oil does not meet the requirements or there is leakage, it should be supplemented or checked immediately to eliminate the cause.
8. In the process of operation, especially when the load is suddenly reduced, attention should be paid to prevent the speed of diesel engine from suddenly increasing due to governor failure (commonly known as runaway) exceeding the specified value. Once it occurs, emergency shutdown measures shall be taken immediately, and then the causes shall be checked.
3、 Shutdown of diesel generator set
9, before parking, remove the load first, then adjust the governor control handle, gradually reduce the speed to about 750r/min, and then operate the parking handle after parking 3 to 5min. Do not stop the diesel engine under full load as soon as possible to prevent overheating and other accidents.
10. In case of emergency or special circumstances, in order to avoid serious accident of diesel engine, emergency stop can be taken, and the "emergency stop handle" can be moved to the right by hand.
11. After parking, the key should be turned from "left" to "middle" to prevent battery current backflow.
12. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the coolant in the body should be drained after the machine runs to avoid freezing the coolant and causing the relevant parts to freeze and crack.
13. Always use the moment after the diesel engine stops to monitor whether there is rubbing sound between the turbocharger impeller and the shell. If there is a rubbing sound, the turbocharger should be disassembled immediately to check whether the bearing clearance is normal.
4、 Maintenance of diesel generator set
14. Daily maintenance of diesel generator set every week, mainly including:
(1) Check the fuel volume in the fuel tank;
(2) Check the oil level in the oil pan;
(3) Check the oil level of fuel injection pump governor;
(4) Check the three leakage (water, oil and gas);
(5) Check the installation of diesel engine accessories;
(6) Check all instruments;
(7) Check the transmission connecting plate of fuel injection pump;
(8) Clean the appearance of diesel engine and auxiliary equipment.
15. The diesel generator set shall be put into trial operation once a week until the temperature of water and oil reaches above 60 ℃.
16. After working for 100 hours or every other month, the first level technical maintenance of diesel generator set shall be done well, mainly including:
(1) Check the battery voltage and electrolyte specific gravity;
(2) Check the tension of V-belt;
(3) Clean the coarse filter screen of oil pump;
(4) Clean the air filter;
(5) Clean the filter element in the vent pipe;
(6) Clean the fuel filter;
(7) Clean the oil filter;
(8) Clean the oil filter and oil inlet pipe of turbocharger;
(9) Change the oil in the oil pan;
(10) Add lubricating oil or grease;
(11) Clean the cooling water radiator.
17. After working for 500h or every six months, the secondary technical maintenance of diesel generator set should be done well, mainly including:
(1) Check the fuel injector;
(2) Check the fuel injection pump;
(3) Check valve clearance and injection advance angle;
(4) Check the sealing condition of inlet and outlet valves;
(5) Check water leakage of water pump;
(6) Check the water sealing condition of the water seal ring of the cylinder liner;
(7) Check the fuel injection plug on the cover plate of transmission mechanism;
(8) Check the cooling water radiator, oil radiator and oil cooler;
(9) Check the firmness of main parts and components;
(10) Check electrical equipment;
(11) Clean the oil and fuel system pipeline;
(12) Clean the water pipe of cooling system;
(13) Clean the air and oil passages of turbocharger.
18. After working for 1000 ~ 1500h or every other year, three-level technical maintenance of diesel generator set should be done well, mainly including:
(1) Check the cylinder head assembly;
(2) Check the piston connecting rod assembly;
(3) Check the crankshaft assembly;
(4) Check the transmission mechanism and valve timing;
(5) Check the fuel injector;
(6) Check the fuel injection pump;
(7) Check the turbocharger;
(8) Check oil pump and fresh water pump;
(9) Check the cylinder head, intake and exhaust pipe gasket;
(10) Check the charging generator and starting motor.
19. Use and maintenance of battery for diesel generator set:
(1) New batteries should be filled with standard electrolyte before use. The liquid level of electrolyte should be 10 ~ 15mm higher than the plate. The newly injected electrolyte is easy to be absorbed by the plate and should be supplemented in time.
(2) Since the electrolyte is injected into the battery to generate heat, it is necessary to leave the battery standing for 6 ~ 8h, and then it can be charged after cooling to below 35 ℃. However, the time from electrolyte injection to charging should not exceed 24 hours.
(3) When charging, connect the positive and negative poles of the charging power supply according to the sign of the positive and negative electrodes, and do not connect them wrongly. When charging, the ventilation cover must be turned off to make the gas escape smoothly.
